Conferences constitute the backbone for international knowledge exchange, networking as well as the widening of horizons. Moreover, conferences are the arenas for multilateral decision-making. If you or your organisation cannot attend a conference, Sellheim Environmental can be there on your behalf.
Having gained extensive experience at international academic conferences worldwide as well as conferences of the International Whaling Commission, the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES) or the Convention on Biological Diversity, we provide daily reports, immediate communication of ongoing discussions or detailed minutes.
If you wish to plan a conference that deals with the conservation and sustainable use of living resources, we provide our help to draft a concept note, to identify speakers or discussants or to draft recommendations.
Pricing
For shorter conference reports (up to 6,000 words), a standing fee of 2,000€ will be charged. Longer reports and minutes require prior negotiation. In case of conference attendance, a per diem rate of 70€ for meals and gratuities applies. In addition, travelling and lodging costs must be covered in addition to a standing fee of 300€ per calendar day (including travelling).
Reports and minutes based on Zoom or other recordings will be charged 150€ per hour.
