Socio-legal assessments

Before and during a project, strategies for goal attainment need to be developed. This can only occur through a concise analysis of project-relevant legislation, institutional developments and scholarly discourses. Moreover, the situation of those stakeholders affected by or benefitting from certain developments or legal acts allows for a precise development of strategies that allow for a successful completion of the project. These socio-legal assessments constitute the backbone of projects at the international level, for instance related to Conferences of the Parties of multilateral environmental agreements.

Pricing

Socio-legal assessments are offered on a project-basis for which a pre-determined price is agreed upon or, for smaller assessments, on an hourly basis (130€ per hour).
